The intent woven throughout is simple. It’s to take a handful of raw elements and transform them into something beautiful. It is for each piece to stand as a reminder that what we are to become rarely looks like what we used to be. The intent is to create something that feels good when purchasing and when gifting. It’s to create freely while maintaining awareness and attention to sustainable practices, all the way from recycling clay to using packing peanuts that dissolve in water. It’s to create something that will last a lifetime -until it hits the floor and reminds us that even stones are fragile sometimes. Most importantly the intent is to make goodness and to share that goodness with you.

By using the finest clay available and hand throwing all vessels on a wheel all pieces are made with the intent to last a lifetime. [until gravity gets involved]
WHEEL THROWN
Small batch production allows for intentionality to be the focal point of all pieces. The intersection of wheel thrown pottery and hand glazed pieces makes for a thoughtfully crafted timeless piece of ware -everytime.
SMALL BATCH
All casserole dishes, Pie plates etc.. are intended to be oven safe. Good practices help ensure mitigation of thermal shock to pieces i.e..Not putting a cold pie plate out of the refrigerator straight into a hot oven.
OVEN SAFE
All glazes used in my studio are food safe. All ware sold with the intention of serving and eating out of is food safe. Pieces that are not functional/not glazed and left as raw clay are not food safe and should not be used to serve or eat out of.
FOOD SAFE
DISHWASHER SAFE
All ware is dishwasher safe but hand washing will surely prolong the life of all pieces.
